OFFICIAL RULES
EVAULATIONS MUST BE COMPLETE, HOWEVER, THE CONTENT OF EVALUATIONS WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility/Drawing Period
The Wickford Group ("Sponsor") "The Ultimate Lawyer Drawing" Giveaway (the "Drawing") is open only to lawyers who (a) attend The Ultimate Lawyer training or similar program offered by Sponsor (each, a "Training Program"), and (b) complete and submit a course and/or trainer evaluation provided by Sponsor (an "Evaluation"). Void in U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.Employees of Sponsor or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Drawing and their immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participating in a Drawing constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Drawing. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Drawing begins on the date Training Program being evaluated takes place, and ends at midnight on the 10th calendar day following the date on which the Training Program takes place (the "Drawing Period").
2. How to Enter
After attending a Training Program, you must complete and submit an Evaluation prior to the expiration of the Drawing Period by any of the following means: (a) by navigating to http://www.thewickfordgroup.com/panel-evaluation, completing the Evaluation online, and including your email address with the online submission, (b) requesting an electronic copy of the Evaluation by emailing training@thewickfordgroup.com, and completing and emailing the completed Evaluation to training@thewickfordgroup.com prior to the expiration of the Drawing Period, or (c) completing an Evaluation that was provided by Sponsor to the individual or to one of the individuals responsible for coordinating the Training Program, and emailing the completed Evaluation to Sponsor at training@thewickfordgroup.com. Each person who submits a completed Evaluation to Sponsor prior to the expiration of the Drawing Period pursuant to this Section 2 shall be deemed an "Entrant". Limit one entry per person during the Drawing Period. Evaluations submitted through Sponsor’s online evaluation system can be submitted anonymously. If an email address is provided with an online submission, the Evaluation will remain anonymous because the email address and the Evaluation will be stored in separate databases and will not be linked or tied together at any time. Only Evaluations submitted online can be submitted anonymously. Sponsor cannot ensure the anonymity of those submitting Evaluations via email.
3. Winner Selection/Odds of Winning
Within five (5) business days after the expiration of the Drawing Period, a random drawing to award the prize will be conducted. The first Entrant’s email address drawn at random from among all eligible Entrants’ email addresses received will be declared the potential winner. If a Sponsor representative informs the Drawing participants during a Training Program that there will be multiple prize winners, then additional Entrants’ email addresses will be drawn at random from among all eligible Entrants’ email addresses received and will be declared potential winner(s) until the stated number of potential winners has been drawn. Each potential prize winner will be notified by Sponsor via email (a) that his/her email address has been drawn, and (b) how the prize will be delivered. Each potential winner thus notified by Sponsor’s email must respond to that email within five (5) business days to confirm their receipt of the email and the method of delivery of the prize. If a potential winner fails to properly respond within the allotted five (5) business day period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner (who will be selected in a separate random Drawing), provided that such alternative potential winner properly responds pursuant to this Section 3.
4. Prize
Prize winner(s) will receive a $50 Apple® gift card or a $50 gift card to a retailer chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The dollar demonmination of the prize may be increased at anytime in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Any taxes due in connection with the prize are winner’s responsibility. Apple® is a registered trademark of Apple Inc. Apple Inc. has not endorsed and is not participating in the Drawing.
5. Entry Conditions and Release
By entering, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor its respective parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Drawing from and against any and all claims, expenses arising out of or relating to a Entrant’s Evaluation, creation or submission of an Evaluation, participation in the Drawing, acceptance or use or misuse of prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of an Evaluation.
6. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Drawing, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Drawing, as determined by it in its sole discretion.
7. Drawing Results/Mail Information
For Drawing results send a letter identifying the date of the Training Program and the name of the law firm receiving the training, along with a printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope within 90 calendars days after the expiration of the Drawing Period to The Wickford Group, 11951 Freedom Drive, 13th Floor, Reston, VA 20190, attn: Drawing Results.
